At 5 years old, Kim's father found her on the floor of her kitchen trying to figure out perspective. Since then, she has had a passion for art, especially drawing from observation. Her life for the next 27 years was focused on both fine arts (primarily in acrylics applied through non-conventional means, plus Photoshop/photography) as well as graphic and Web design. She has held a slew of jobs in the online marketing and print industries.
In 2012 Kim decided she needed a career change, to explore her other great passion, animals. She is the founder and CEO of Tail Trekkers, a doggy field trip company based in Somerville MA, and spends the majority of her days hiking the woods, walking along beaches, and exploring every place in the city that doesn't feel like the city. But she still takes thousands of photos and makes paintings for her clients every year.
Outside of work, Kim rocks out in her car with no shame, sings karaoke, loves cooking, dancing to 80s cover bands, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, crying at kids movies, and is planning a series of children's books which she hopes to start work on in the not-too-distant future.

Arch is originally from Gujarat, India. Drawing and painting was her passion from a very young age. She would often compete (and occasionally bring home trophies!) in local and state-level drawing and painting competitions. However, her family did not believe that art would lead to a successful career. So rather than pursing her dream of attending MSU Fine Arts (one of India’s premier Fine Arts Universities), she submitted to her family’s wishes and enrolled into a Communications program, where she received undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. But she was not satisfied.
Within a year, Arch moved to Oxford, UK for 2 years and attended Sunningwell School of Arts. To make a living (and to stay in the country), she moved to London and started working for a Fostering Agency. Nevertheless, her passion for drawing and painting never abated. She often made portraits, sketches and oil paintings in her spare time. She also attended an Art group once a week in the evening where her friends and many artists would get together and paint. It was her favorite day of the week.
Arch moved to Boston in the early 2014 after marrying an American she had met and fallen in love with 10 years earlier in India. In her new life, she had the opportunity to cook gourmet weekly feasts for family and friends, as well as travel all over the world.
Arch met JJ at a paint event held at her apartment complex in 2016. She expressed her love for painting and was excited to learn that he was looking for assistants. As soon as the opportunity arose, Arch began assisting various events for JJARTWORKS, and now teaches and assists on a regular basis. She is finally pursuing a career fueled by her passion for art. And her family couldn’t be more proud.

You can see a lot of his work on Instagram @FrostyRhino which became his brand after selling a piece of the same name.
For the past two years Joshua has been doing gallery shows and displaying work at restaurants in and around the Boston area. He started doing live paint shows on stages in front of bands and DJ's around a year ago. Kristen is from Salem MA and was raised in Lynn MA. She had a love for art at a very young age and started doing oil painting with her Memere (which is grandmother in French) around the age of 8 years old. She created many paintings with her guidance, and they are memories that Kristen will never forget.
After graduating High School, Kristen went to Brooks College in Long Beach, California to learn graphic design, but unfortunately that career never panned out. She started working for a medical device company (14 years) and had several lead positions, but it really wasn't what she wanted to do. It wasn't her passion and she promised herself moving forward that she would do something that she really loved. Currently, Kristen works part time for a wellness healing center that focuses on energy and body work which she loves. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and enjoys being in a healing environment.
Kristen is also a single mother of 3 beautiful children. She would like to set the example for them that they do not have to settle for a job they dislike. You can do what you love and are passionate about, and still make a good living. Her 2 oldest are very talented artistically and she hopes that someday they will pursue their creative talents.
Kristen has painted with J.J. a number of times at two different churches and she enjoys the fun energetic vibe at these events. She is ready for a new adventure in doing something that she loves to do.
To Hire Kristen, please email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Daniela has lived in or near the Boston area for most of her life after immigrating here from Brazil with her family when she was just 10 years old.
She is a (proud) computer nerd in her daytime job for a law firm in downtown Boston, but when she is not slaying computer dragons she spends a lot of time practicing and studying yoga. In fact, she loves the practice and teachings so much and after completing several trainings she has also started teaching public and private classes.
Daniela has done everything from skydiving to ballroom dancing competitions, traveling is also close to her heart, she is lucky to have family all over the world to visit, and hello yoga retreats!
She loves to ride her motorcycle from early Spring to as late in the Fall as possible, loves live music of all kinds, and she is a mean cook (Brazillian mom genes in full effect).
Talk to Daniela and you quickly find out she is a woman of many interests, and art is definitely one of them. She has integrated her love of yoga and art with a steady stream of paintings she decorates with at home. Inspiration shows up often, and she has gathered a collection of her own art.
Daniela met J.J. at one of his early paint parties and realized they had some great mutual friends; half joking, she asked if he was hiring that day. After not giving it too much thought for some time, she reached out to J.J. again, and behold! She is now part of his incredible team, and completely thrilled about it. She’s really looking forward to bringing some of that yoga vibe, that biker vibe, and heck, just all the fun vibes to her parties.
Be prepared to have some laughs while expressing your artistic side with her!

Silvia is from North Providence, RI. She graduated from RIC in 2015 with a BA in Psychology and is pursuing her MA in Transpersonal Psychology. She encourages healthy mindful living and believes that art is something everyone can create so long as it comes from the individual wholeheartedly.
Silvia was that child who would eagerly run home from school to watch Bob Ross paint on TV and would later try out his methods, keeping in mind his happy little phrases and silly sound effects while painting. He was her guru for painting and, as a result (and amusingly so), she found it difficult to adhere to the strict policies and demands of art professors. However, while she had never completed an official degree in the fine arts, she gained valuable techniques and always kept art close. Painting was particularly special to her as it was a great stress reliever. Since her youth she was always exploring, observing and creating. She loves finding new intricate ways to share, explain and expand thoughts and ideas to get others to see and think about things in a different way.
A collection of perspectives gives the holder a kaleidoscope mind: an advantage and a privilege to see the world in many beautiful lights, shades and shapes.
But what happens when SIlvia gets creative block? Well, she loves to venture out in nature. Whether it’s the woods or beach, even in winter, she is always up to climbing and running up rocks and trees! You have to keep the child in you happy and alive! She believes it’s the place to recenter yourself, where you can let go of all stressors of modern day life, and just enjoy being.
She feels that you can do the same with art. Lose yourself in your creation. Forget all the little things that cloud your mind. Let go, relax and have fun!

I have been artistic since before I can even remember! I am proficient in many mediums - water colors, oil paints, acrylics, as well as fabric painting, sculpture and pottery (I have my own wheel!). While continuing an education in fashion illustration, I worked part time in the jewelry business where an opportunity to explore arose to work at the world famous Cartier Jewelers. While there, I studied gemology and went on to pick and grade diamonds and colored stones for a few manufacturers in the diamond district and then onto a position designing jewelry and stone picking for jewelry with Fortunoff. I stayed with them for a number of years until I married and had children. I then got the chance to be class mom for many years and would go into school for all the art and holiday crafts with the kids.
When my children got older I was lucky enough to work with a major paint party organization teaching classes, doing fundraising and private events along with corporate events and portrait art with roughly 1000 events behind me. My interest in teaching art has spanned from adults to children, people with disabilities to also a branch off of workshops with very young babies and toddlers to create images of their 'art' into abstract large-scale gallery canvases.
I also do art restoration on damaged paintings for an auction house and had a little business years ago painting murals on windows in homes and store fronts. I am so looking forward to bringing my talents and knowledge to an event with you and your family and friends!
