Paint Party Fundraisers

Virtual Rates:
$60/per person (includes shipping & handling of the paint kits to guest's individual homes). 20 person minimum and no maximum. $15 per a ticket sale will be donated to the charity or organization of your choice. If you feel that your guests would be willing to pay more per a ticket to support your cause, your organization can adjust the ticket price and keep any dollar amount above $45. Includes an 11x14” canvas with full painting supplies, up to 2 hours of painting instruction, and photos of your event. In Person Rates: $45/per person. 20 person minimum and no maximum. $15 per a ticket sale will be donated to the charity or organization of your choice. If you feel that your guests would be willing to pay more per a ticket to support your cause, your organization can adjust the ticket price and keep any dollar amount above $30. Includes an 11x14” canvas with full painting supplies, setup and cleanup, up to 2 hours of painting instruction, and photos of your event. |

Traveling Fees (For In Person Events):
The first 1 hour of travel to your event is on us! Anything beyond a 1 hour drive we will add an additional travel fee based on the extra number of miles traveled. Depending on the distance of the event we may request lodgings for our artists as well.
Custom Painting Fee:
We can create a custom painting tailored toward your specific paint party event. For this service there is a one time fee of $100.
Teaching Instruction Only Fee:
For guests that provide their own art supplies, we do still charge a teaching instruction fee of $25/per person to join in on the class and learn from our artists.
Table & Chair Rental (For In Person Events):
If you do not have tables and chairs for your event, we can provide tables and chairs as well. For this service there is a one time fee of $75 for up to 20 seats. If seating is required for over 20 guests, please email us for a custom quote.
PA System Rental (For In Person Events):
For group sizes over 40 guests, we recommend renting a PA system for better audible teaching instruction and also for the enjoyment of playing music over a professional speaker system. For this service there is a one time fee of $100.
